These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Kakapo, a vocabulary learning app operated by Basecube s.r.o. By using Kakapo, you agree to these terms.

Use of Kakapo

Kakapo is provided for personal vocabulary learning and study. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the content you add to the app.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Kakapo for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app.
• Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others.
• Do not submit sensitive personal data into AI-assisted features.
• Do not bypass usage limits, security controls, subscription checks, or API protections.

Learning Content

Kakapo may generate or suggest vocabulary content. Suggestions can be inaccurate or incomplete, so you should review learning cards before relying on them.

Availability

We aim to keep Kakapo reliable, but the app may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time. We may update features, fix issues, introduce abuse prevention measures, rate-limit requests, or discontinue parts of the service.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid features, if offered, may be managed through Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Stripe, or another payment provider shown at checkout. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may depend on the platform or payment provider used for the purchase.

Limitation of Liability

Kakapo is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Basecube s.r.o. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
